Q- DO YOU DO IN HOME CONSULTATIONS?

A - We are happy to visit with you to determine your needs such as wood type, dimensions, configuration, finish and budget for your project.

 

Q- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

A - Lead times will vary per project depending on size and scope of each project. Typical lead time varies between 4 and 6 months. Sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. Due to thenature of our products, lead times given are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Q- What is the process And Payment structure?

A - Once we have settled on the details and budget, we will create an estimate and send it to you for review. 

Once the estimate is approved, we will send you an invoice for the 50% deposit that is required to place the order for your new furniture once you have approved the estimate. 

Wood samples with the finish choices will be created and sent to you for approval prior to building your new furniture.

The remaining balance is due prior to shipping your new furniture. Pictures are sent to you of the finished product along with the final invoice before preparing your new furniture for shipping or delivery.

 

Q- CAN I DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

A - For custom orders or larger projects that require design time, a retainer will be collected prior to creating any design drawings. 

We will work with you to establish the scope of your project and a reasonable budget based on your needs and desires. 

A 10% retainer will be collected to initiate design drawings, material specifications and finish samples. 

Once the design drawings, material selections and budget have been approved, a 40% deposit is collected and your project is put on the production schedule. 

The remaining balance is due prior to shipping your new furniture.


Q- WHAT IS THE DELIVERY And SHIPPING PROCESS? ARE THERE COSTS INVOLVED?

A - We can ship your new furniture nationwide via crated freight delivery, or by blanket wrapped, white glove delivery that includes inside delivery and set in place inside your home or office. The completed piece can also be picked up at my shop. 

We also offer free delivery within 100 km of our facilities. In some caseswe can deliver to south and central Ontario as well as Quebec at a reasonable cost.

 

Q- DO YOU OFFER refundS?

A - Your furniture will be designed and built to your specifications and taste. Due to the costs and time involved, we are unable to offer refunds.
